Here are Frank’s current rates for his services:

• Mediation (fees are divided pro rata among separately represented parties as per the mediation rules)
  • $350.00 per hour
  • $350.00 one-time administrative fee
  • $175 per hour for travel outside Buncombe or Henderson Counties, plus mileage at $.50 per mile (note: travel for mediations is limited to a 90-minute radius of Asheville, NC)
  • Postponement or cancellation fees:  $300 if more than seven days before scheduled mediation, $500 if fewer than seven days.
•  Arbitration
  • $350.00 per hour
  • $350 one-time administrative fee
  • $175 per hour for travel outside Buncombe or Henderson Counties, plus mileage at $.50 per mile (note: travel for arbitrations is limited to a 90-minute radius of Asheville, NC)
  • Postponement or cancellation fees:  $300 if more than seven days before scheduled arbitration, $500 if fewer than seven days.
• Payment
  • Checks may be made payable to Goldsmith Resolutions.
  • Tax i.d. number and W-9 available upon request.
